You may not submit Content on behalf of someone other than yourself.

You Agree that Pfizer May Make Any Use of the Content. By submitting Content, you unconditionally grant Pfizer a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, assignable, sub-licensable, fully paid up and royalty-free license to reproduce, display, archive, distribute, publish, edit, prepare derivative works of and otherwise use the Content (including your name, likeness, age and gender) in any media now or hereafter known in any manner and for any purpose including but not limited to publication on Nicotrol.com and any associated print or digital promotional materials, any other marketing and promotional materials and for the development of products or services.

As a further condition of submitting the Content, you (and any other individual depicted therein) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the Content and/or any right with respect to such use you may have under copyright law, the right of publicity, the right of privacy, the law of defamation and/or any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction. You hereby waive any moral rights you may have in the Content.

Your Content and Personal Information Will Be Processed in and Governed By U.S. Law. You agree that this Submission Agreement and the submitted Content shall be governed by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. In addition, you understand and agree that your Content and Personal Information will be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions.
